Lucid Systems (ABN 33 100 483 108) is an Australian business run by Isaac Pote, based in Melbourne, Victoria. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry or booking form, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and your message. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence. That’s it: this website has no accounts, no logins, and doesn’t collect anything about you in the background.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange the call you asked for, and — where you’ve engaged us — deliver our services. We may follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask to be on. Every marketing message we send identifies us and includes a working way to opt out, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our email. Correspondence lives in our email and business systems. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure and only hold it for as long as we genuinely need it.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers receive standard technical data (such as your IP address) when the page loads. We may in future use advertising and analytics tools — such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel — to measure our own advertising; if we do, those tools collect data under their providers’ own privacy policies, and you can limit ad tracking through your browser and platform settings.
Client data
When businesses engage Lucid Systems, we may handle their customer data (for example, contact lists for reactivation campaigns) strictly on their instructions and under our services agreement. That data belongs to the client, is used only to deliver the agreed services, and is never used for our own marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email us and we’ll sort it out promptly. If you have a concern we can’t resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
